However, there are some important differences to remember.<\/p>\n<p>As with rifles, the first knuckle of the finger must receive trigger pressure so that it is not located at the tip of the trigger.<br \/>\nWhen a gun is fired, gunpowder glowing in front of the cylinder can cause burns. Be sure to keep your fingers away from the front of the trigger area.<br \/>\nThe slide and hammer of a semi-automatic pistol can deliver a bruising blow when held too close to the body.
